Justice needs every voice. Stand with families facing hunger. When we raise our voices for justice, children eat, communities thrive and lasting change becomes possible.
Whether contacting congress, signing petitions, welcoming new neighbors or walking in CROP Hunger Walks, being a voice for justice means using your platform to lift the voices of our most vulnerable neighbors. CWS continues to be a voice for hunger justice by:
- PARTNERING with churches and local organizations that are providing immediate and long-term solutions to hunger.
- ADVOCATING in support of key anti-hunger legislation at local, national and global levels, including those that fund essential food assistance programs across the U.S. and overseas.
- EQUIPPING others with education, tools and resources to lead, advocate, volunteer and mobilize communities.
Every voice raised, helps create a world where dignity, justice and opportunity reach everyone, everywhere.
Your Giving Tuesday gift can turn hope into action, and action into lasting change.

Around the world…
families like Aimerance’s face hunger and uncertainty, often unsure where their next meal will come from. After fleeing conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Aimerance and her four children survived on just one meal a day in a refugee camp. Through a CWS-supported project, she learned sustainable farming that gave her access to the tools and skills to grow food to feed her family and sell the extra to support her community.
This Giving Tuesday, be a voice for neighbors facing hunger. Your support helps families put food on the table today and build a stronger, healthier and hopeful tomorrow.
We can stand up for people seeking safety. Take action to protect the rights and programs that give refugees and asylum seekers a chance to rebuild their lives and find a safe place to call home.
We can speak up for justice and compassion. Advocate for laws and policies that protect our most vulnerable neighbors and help create a safer, more equitable world.
We can help empower others to use their voice and take action; encourage community members to share resources and participate in civic activities that help create a more just and compassionate world.
We can join with others to create lasting change, through leadership in faith-based and humanitarian groups and by mobilizing Covenant Members in shared advocacy, to amplify compassion and justice around the world.
We can support refugees as they lead with courage and vision. Help provide training and platforms that equip and elevate refugee leaders to share their stories, advocate for change and inspire their communities.
We can help build global partnerships rooted in compassion and justice and collaborate with international agencies and CWS leadership to advance refugee protection, climate action and humanitarian relief.
This Giving Tuesday, you can transform lives in powerful ways.
A simple water filter can turn unsafe water into life-giving refreshment for a family. A garden starter kit can help someone turn a patch of soil into a source of nourishment and hope. Beehives, protective gear, and training can launch a honey business that sustains a household and sends children to school. A small herd of goats and sheep can provide milk, meat, and income—building resilience against hunger and poverty. Each gift is more than an item; it’s a lifeline, a chance for dignity, and a step toward justice. When you give, you’re not just meeting needs—you’re planting seeds of opportunity that grow into lasting change. Together, we can create a world where every family has the tools to thrive.
