End-of-Year Survey: We’re Ready to Listen
We ❤️ Your Feedback
(Answers are anonymous)
EOY Market Research Study-Website
1. Do you plan on participating in CWS Year-End Giving?
Yes
No
2. If you’ve decided not to give - that’s ok! But your anonymous response will help focus our efforts:
It's not in the budget this year.
I already gave on Giving Tuesday.
I prefer donating to CWS at another time of year.
The suggested donation amount is too high.
I'm not clear as to how the money will be used.
I have decided to give to other nonprofits.
Please remind me to donate later.
3. This year, we invited donors to explore specific support categories including blankets, chickens, water, food packets, and beehives:
I felt reassured about how the money was being used, but still can't give.
I'd like to see more from CWS along similar lines!
The presentation was confusing to me.
I would rather see my money supporting efforts other than these categories.
I was expecting something else.
4. When it comes to CWS outreach, we want to sharpen up our communication. As our valued supporters - what feedback would you be willing to share with us?
