CWS Florida helps families in need to achieve financial independence and career success through our Economic Empowerment programs. We provide job readiness training, English language classes (ESL), resume building, financial literacy, and connections to employment opportunities.
Our dedicated Employment Specialists guide clients through the job search process, assist with job placement, and offer career development. From job retention strategies to upskilling and advancement, we empower individuals to build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Health & Family Wellness

At CWS Florida, our Health & Family Wellness programs provide essential support for Florida families who may face additional challenges or who are working toward long-term goals for successful integration into the community.
Through personalized case management and health navigation, we assist individuals and families in addressing ongoing vulnerabilities that impact stability and well-being.
Our programs also foster opportunities for youth and families to thrive, helping neighbors of all ages pursue financial empowerment, academic achievement, and meaningful community engagement.
Mental Health & Wellness

We believe mental health is an essential part of overall well-being and successful integration. Our Mental Health & Wellness initiatives provide creative and educational opportunities for healing and growth.
Through partnerships with local artists and experts, we offer art and music therapy sessions that create safe spaces for expression and healing. We also provide informational sessions on diabetes, health insurance, and nicotine cessation, giving families tools for healthier living.

At CWS Florida, we believe that food is more than sustenance; it’s a way to build stability, connection, and belonging.
Our growing Food Pantries provides essential groceries to families and individuals facing food insecurity. This initiative helps our local community meet basic needs while they work toward long-term stability.
