How to Use the Lambda Testing Suite

 

0:01 Okay, guys, here’s a summary of how to use LambdaTest as a quality control software. So, if I go to real time, and then I have my options of the desktop browser or the mobile browser.
0:19 In this case, I’m going to go to virtual mobile. Not this virtual mobile, but this virtual mobile. And I’m going to go to iOS, and I’m going to go to 15, and I’m going to hit start.
0:30 And then I’m going to take my URL, which is, in this case, cwsglobal.org.
0:47 And I’m going to paste it in here. And if you’re on a Mac, it’s going to be easier if you just go up here to paste.
1:01 And now I can view, on this particular device, exactly what the user is going to see. Now let’s try an Android device, and the first thing I need to do is hit In Session.
1:14 Because if I don’t, then it’ll take me, uhm, to a position where I can’t boot up anything else. And then let’s go to Android, and let’s go to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and start.
1:26 Make sure that I have my URL. And so, So every time we use one of these, what they’re called, emulators, uhm, we’re gonna get a little bit of a different result.
1:38 Uhm, and that’s super helpful because it lets us know what the user experience is going to be. And you can see that the font treatment is just a little bit different.
1:57 It looks just a little bit different because this is an Android flip device. Uhm, and so, the biggest things are make sure that you end the session appropriately, and then make sure that you use virtual mobile under web browser testing, not virtual mobile under desktop testing.
